With every change of season, Uniqlo U is always high on fashion lovers’ most-anticipated lists. Led by artistic director Christophe Lemaire, the team has a knack for turning ordinary basics into artful pieces with architectural appeal and a sharp, clean feel. The Spring/Summer 2026 collaboration collection is set to launch worldwide on March 20. Titled “A New Rhythm of Color,” it pairs the label’s signature muted palette with lightweight fabrics and dynamic color play, offering an elegant new concept for your spring wardrobe.

This season, Uniqlo U takes an especially artistic approach to color, centered on the idea of “layered color pairings.” Alongside neutral beige and earth tones, the collection spotlights shades of purple in varying depths, as well as crisp white and pale blue. These tones create a visually cooling effect while giving everyday outfits a crisp, filter-like finish.
Outerwear is undoubtedly the highlight of this collection. The “UV Protection Light Relaxed Parka” stands out most: its nylon fabric has a subtly translucent, airy feel, with UV protection and a water-repellent finish. Its rain-ready hood also keeps you looking stylish through the rainy season. The “Cropped Jacket,” meanwhile, creates a relaxed, unrestrained urban feel with its clean silhouette and dropped shoulders, making it an ideal choice for the transition into spring.
For the humid weather ahead, the collection’s “Elegant Stand-Collar Shirt” drapes fluidly, while side slits keep it looking stylish whether tucked in or worn loose. For a summer-ready dress, there’s the AIRism Cotton Sleeveless Relaxed Dress: it has the premium look of cotton on the outside, with a cool, quick-drying functional fabric within, making it well suited to everything from travel to everyday life.
This season’s bottoms all feature high-rise designs, whether classic jeans or straight-leg pants, to help elongate the legs. The “Relaxed Drapey Pants” are especially recommended, combining comfortable wear with refined pleats for a sharper-looking outfit. The collection also includes a lightweight, space-saving crossbody bag that is sure to be a major accessory for travel this spring and summer.
