#PFW: LOEWE Fall/Winter 2026 is all about play, and the new Amazona 180 and Whisker bags are must-haves
Serving up high-end humor
LOEWE’s strength lies not only in making beautiful clothes, but in turning craftsmanship into a language that makes you smile. For Fall/Winter 2026, the brand builds on its rich heritage in leather and craft without being bound by tradition, rethinking silhouettes, proportions, and texture through unexpected material experiments and structural reinventions that bring a more vivid energy to the collection. Humor, wit, and a sense of play flow throughout, giving it a bright, lighthearted feel while retaining LOEWE’s signature refinement.

Clothes like “liquid frozen in place”: shine, optical illusions, and a little rule-breaking
This season’s most eye-catching looks are silhouettes that seem like liquid frozen onto the body. Lace, bows, and pajama-style tops are reworked with molds, 3D technology, and latex to create a fluid sheen. The sleeves, pockets, and fastenings of coats are also reshaped in molds, creating layers with a touch of optical illusion. Some pieces resemble thick, slick surfaces, while others have the dimensional volume of something inflatable – light yet full of drama.
Turning functional pieces into sculpture: parkas and scarves “inflated” right onto the body
LOEWE excels at making familiar everyday items look unique and beautiful. Parkas and scarves are designed as inflatable, three-dimensional structures, with laser cutting, bonding, and airtight edge sealing turning functional pieces into the focal point of a look. The materials are just as varied: patent leather, knits made with ultrafine leather yarn, pastel shearling, and corduroy with gradient edges make texture something you can see as much as feel.
Bags and accessories are the hidden surprises: Amazona 180, mosaic Flamenco, and the debut of the new Whisker bag
Artist Cosima von Bonin’s quirky visual language runs through the collection, with florals and checks appearing in linings and hand-drawn details. Marine creatures and dog sculptures become clutches, charms, and jewelry, like cute little codes woven into the collection. As for the bags, the Amazona 180 arrives in a larger, more travel bag-like proportion; the Flamenco Clutch features a blue-and-white mosaic in leather inlay; and the new Whisker pairs a structured top with a softly draped body, creating a charming balance of strength and softness.
LOEWE’s Fall/Winter 2026 collection doesn’t require lofty concepts to understand. Instead, it lets the appeal of craftsmanship come through intuitively in its textures, silhouettes, and sense of humor. As clothes resemble solidified liquid or inflated air, and classic bags meet mosaics and quirky charms, LOEWE once again proves that true innovation doesn’t have to try too hard – it can be relaxed and fun, too!
