這次除了 Lisa 受邀以頒獎嘉賓的身份出席，其實 Blackpink 成員們也以了一個可愛的方式「相見」，那便是音樂！在 Jennifer Lopez 出場時，背景音樂播放了《Like Jennie》，而在 Judd Apatow 走上台時，背景音樂則是《APT.》，巧妙地以歌名呼應了嘉賓的名字，台下的 Lisa 聽到一定很開心。除此之外，本屆的 DJ 還有很多經典選曲，都被網友大讚！

這次 Leonardo DiCaprio 以《One Battle After Another 一戰再戰》入圍了本屆金球獎的最佳男主角，雖然沒有將獎項帶回家，不過在網路上可是製造了不少話題，包括了主持人 Nikki Glaser 的互動，趣味地提及了他的「女友年紀」梗，另外還被發現在廣告時，Leonardo DiCaprio 不知道在和鏡頭外的誰對話，成了活生生的表情包，搭配各種手勢、唇語，讓人真想知道他到底說了什麼！

在這次競爭激烈的「最佳音樂或喜劇類電影男主角」獎項中，Timothée Chalamet 以《Marty Supreme 橫衝直闖》拿下了大獎，不僅是得獎感言，許多人也留意到了台下的 Kylie Jenner，她拿出了一台底片相機捕捉這個美好的瞬間，也讓這台相機引起了熱搜，而這台底片相機正是許多名人的愛－Contax T2。

金球獎倒數最後幾個大獎時，邀請到了 Julia Roberts 頒發「最佳音樂或喜劇類電影」，當她一出場時，台下的嘉賓不約而同地紛紛起立，並給予好幾分鐘的掌聲，讓 Julia Roberts 相當驚喜，但到了下一個由 Don Cheadle、George Clooney 獎項時，Don 幽默地向 George 開了個玩笑：「大家剛剛都站起來了！」George 也回應：「大家現在都坐著… 」逗得大家哈哈大笑。
