愛美的女生通常都相當注重自己的髮型，認為髮型會讓她們更美麗。但這是不是就代表著，美麗是源自於頭髮，沒有頭髮就不美了？性感超模 Emily Ratajkowski 早前就因為發表了「頭髮，是美麗的核心，是女性化的表現，也是身份的象徵。」這番言論而激怒網民，他們認為 Emily 作為公眾人物應該慎言，更糾正她的價值觀是不正確的。

另一邊廂，曾經把頭髮都剃光光的《Stranger Things》女星 Millie Bobby Brown，近日就在 Twitter 上表示自己相當掛念剃頭時期的自己，更公開了她當年的剃頭 behind the scene：「剃頭的那天是我有史以來感到最自信的時刻，看著鏡子中的自己，我知道我有一件事是必須要做－去啟發別人。」
