電影公司日前透過官方 Twitter 發佈了電影的全新動態海報，以及公開了第二集的名字－The Crimes of Grindelwald，Grindelwald 正正是由 Johnny Depp 主演的奸角名字，在上一集他只出場了短短 10 分鐘，但看電影的名字，今集似乎是以他作為故事的核心，而「怪獸」的粉絲對此似乎相當不滿：

粉絲對於 Johnny Depp 現身於《怪獸2》會有如此激烈的反應，要追溯到 2016 年中他與前妻 Amber Heard 的離婚家暴案，粉絲認為這部電影是講述與惡勢力的對抗，但偏偏電影公司在選角上竟然會揀選一個用力量對女人施加暴力的男人，是絕對不合適的。而且亦有粉絲認為，Johnny 對 Amber 使用暴力，但他竟然沒有受到任何的法律制裁是不公義的，希望粉絲們可以群起杯葛有 Johnny 的電影以示不滿。且看看《怪獸》的 PR 會如何拆解是次公關災難了⋯⋯
