一年一度的國際漫畫展 Comic Con 就要在今天落幕，一連四天的活動宣布了許令人開心的消息，包括了《Avengers 4》的劇透、新英雄聯盟《Titans》、《Godzilla》、《Fantastic Beasts》等等強片的預告，不過同時間也有令人錯愕的新聞發生，那就是知名的漫威導演 James Gunn 將從《Guardians of the Galaxy》續集的導演名單中除名。
近幾年 James Gunn 的作品包括了《Guardians of the Galaxy》、《Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2》、《復仇者聯盟3：無限之戰 》等等，絕對是位讓許多粉絲喜愛的漫威導演，也因此這次會遭開除，並不是因為能力不足，而是 James 個人早期在 2008 年前後時發的 Twitter 貼文，包括了疑似性侵、戀童癖的言論，雖然已經事隔近十年，不過由於是現今社會中相當關注的議題，加上 Disney 相當注重品牌形象，所以才做了這個決定。
