IU’s username is dlwlrma. This seemingly random string of letters is actually a code created using a Korean keyboard. Her real name is Lee Ji-eun (이지은), but because she hoped to become a better person, she changed the “eun” (恩, meaning “silver”) in her name to “geum” (금, meaning “gold”), becoming “이지금” (Lee Ji-geum). Type those three syllables on a Korean keyboard, and the resulting letters are dlwlrma – a unique symbol that’s all her own.

2. IVE Wonyoung: for_everyoung10
On the surface, the name seems to mean “forever young,” but look closer and you’ll find her name hidden throughout. The number 10 is pronounced similarly to “Wonyoung” in Korean, while for_everyoung can be split into ever and young; combine the “won” sound in “forever” with young, and you get another “Wonyoung.” Her username quietly repeats her name throughout while expressing a forever-young mindset. Such a clever name!

3. ITZY Ryujin: iamfinethankyouandryu
Ryujin’s username makes you want to read it aloud as soon as you see it. Isn’t it the English sentence everyone learned in school: “I’m fine, thank you, and you”? Look closely, and you’ll see that she replaced the final “you” with her surname, ryu (Ryu). It’s simple, easy-to-get wordplay that feels like a friendly greeting every time you see it: “I’m fine, thank you, and you?”

4. TXT Yeonjun: yawnzzn
Yeonjun’s username is unbelievably cute!
