Smoky quartz or rose quartz? That’s the hard part
Let’s start with the eye and cheek palettes that are the hardest to choose between. Palette 103 Kōei is a smoky quartz tone, pairing a reddish brown laced with multicolor pearl against charcoal gray. Layering on a bit of fine blue shimmer gives the eyes a bright, awake look. Right next to it is a pink blush mixed with light blue.
For something softer, Palette 104 Shinsō is a rose pink inspired by rose quartz, paired with a matte purple and coral pink. Finish with a sweep of the pink blush in the pan for a sheer, natural flush.
Three finely shimmering lip colors
The lipsticks have also taken on a jewel-like luster. The Moisture Glaze Lipstick comes in three limited-edition colors this time: 114 Tōshō is a peach pink with fine gold shimmer, while 115 Ōgyokukō is a beige that gives off a relaxed feel. But the most special one might be 116 Shiseki—a deep purple base hiding multicolor pearl that is actually much easier to pull off than you’d think.
Even the lashes get a soft purple touch
This drop also includes an amethyst mascara. It isn’t a bright purple, but an amethyst shade infused with gold and silver pearl; a light coat will make your eyes look completely different. If you want a bit more translucency after your makeup is done, check out the face powder compact packed with eight types of pearl.
