Walk into a SHIRO store, and that clean, comfortable scent instantly draws you in. If you’re already a fan of Savon, White Lily, or White Tea, the brand’s upcoming limited-edition ZERO COLLECTION FRAGRANCE haircare range has a few surprises in store for you.

The idea behind this collection is simple yet thoughtful: SHIRO took high-quality fragrance oils and packaging left unused in their warehouse due to reformulations or discontinuations, paired them with restorative ingredients, and formulated four haircare products for damaged and dry hair. What might have sat idle has turned into clean-lined, practical daily care for your vanity.

The debut Satin Oil blends Earl Grey tea and cherry blossom notes

The most interesting addition is the brand’s first-ever Satin Oil. Featuring the “ZERO Savon” scent, it builds on the signature Savon base by subtly blending in Earl Grey tea with bergamot notes, SAKURA—once a spring exclusive in Japan—and leafy floral peony. The overall scent remains clean, but with a richer, deeper complexity than before.

With a light, hydrating texture infused with calendula extract, a few spritzes over your hair restore moisture and a satiny sheen. You can also apply it all over as a body oil post-shower. Look closely at the bottle, and you’ll notice it repurposes standard perfume bottles right out of the warehouse.

An on-the-go hair balm for frizz, and a bi-phase mist with a snowy woody scent

If you prefer elegant floral notes, the lush floral ZERO White Lily comes in two options. One is a hair balm housed in a mugwort cream jar, enriched with shea butter. It’s perfect for smoothing dry, frizzy ends ruffled by air conditioning while out and about, defining a sleek texture. Any balm left on your hands works nicely to moisturize dry elbows and cuticles.

The other option, a bi-phase body and hair mist, combines a gagome kombu extract water layer with a plant oil layer. Shake well and spritz lightly to restore the oil-water balance in dry hair and skin. Its scent layers the limited-edition woody note FOR MY WILL—evoking a snow-covered forest—over classic White Lily and FREESIA MIST, adding a serene, calming feel.

The top pick for overnight leave-in repair: a White Tea Hair Milk that smells like fresh fruit tea

The final product, ZERO White Tea Hair Milk, comes in a capless pump bottle originally made for hand soap. It blends familiar White Tea with autumn-exclusive pear and freesia, just like a cup of freshly cut fruit tea.

Hydrating and smooth, the formula incorporates Mitsuishi kombu extract and works on dry or towel-dried hair. It makes a great leave-in treatment before bed, leaving a subtle, calming fruit tea scent in your hair when you brush it the next morning. If your hair runs dry, you can also apply the hair milk first to hydrate, then layer the Satin Oil over it to lock in moisture.
