由英國主辦，每年都會頒發的 Restaurant & Bar Design Awards 名單終於出爐，來到第 8 年，每年這個獎項都在尋找著一些有無限可能及想像的室內空間，有好酒好菜也要有好氛圍，找來英國設計界影響力十足的人馬作評別團隊，每家得獎的餐廳都憑著特別及細緻的裝潢實至名歸，進餐體驗除了是味覺的事，還是視覺的事，想客人官感全開，好設計一定是重要的一環，今年的得獎名單除了主辦國英國外，還涵蓋了另外超過 70 個城市。官方網站還寫著一句：“covers every imaginable space, from ships to airports, museums to burger vans, and from revered Michelin-starred establishments to the fleeting dynamism of pop-ups.”
