You can grab a seat in a long booth to people-watch, or settle into a hidden corner to chat with friends. As an Italian-inspired bar, the drink menu shows plenty of thought. The menu will change four times a year based on pop culture from specific eras, ranging from aperitifs to playful party drinks. The biggest draw, however, is definitely the dedicated Negroni cart. After sitting down, you receive a small card to choose your preferred base spirit, garnish, and even a floral, savory, or herbal flavor profile. The bartender will then mix a unique Negroni for you right at your table.
