Comic Book Man and Construction Worker Chef are coming! 4 chefs from Culinary Class Wars arrive at Han Dining Hong Kong with a 14-course limited feast
Even if you miss the limited dinner, you can still enjoy it until early next year!
Summary
- Four "Black Spoon" chefs from Culinary Class Wars visit Hong Kong for the first time: Cho Kwang-ho (Comic Book Guy), Jung Woo-yeong (Cooking Maniac), Chae Nak-young (Returning Young Man), and Kim Byung-mook (Yakitori King) will host limited dinner events at Han Dining's Mong Kok location.
- High-value 14-course feast: On October 23 and 24, the limited dinner is priced at just HK$ 518 per person. Guests can enjoy a family-style sharing feast featuring 14 dishes across 5 chapters, along with a complimentary YEBISU welcome drink.
- Two phases of continuous flavor: If you miss the first phase of the residency dinners, don't worry—the second phase winter special menu will be available at Han Dining's Mong Kok and Tsim Sha Tsui locations until January 2027.
If you watched Netflix’s Culinary Class Wars, you were definitely impressed by the incredible skills and distinct personalities of the competing chefs. Now, you can taste their signature dishes right here in Hong Kong without flying to Seoul. Modern Korean bistro Han Dining has officially announced a collaboration with YEBISU and local favorite Honjo to bring us “THE TABLE,” a twelve-hands culinary project. Taking an “Anti-Fine Dining” approach that rejects the stiff, sit-up-straight stereotype of upscale meals, the event brings four close-knit “Black Spoon” chefs to Hong Kong to showcase their real off-screen banter and brotherhood.

The powerful lineup includes self-taught “Comic Book Man” Cho Kwang-hyo, comfort food specialist “Construction Worker Chef” Lim Tae-hun, rule-breaking “Returning Boy” Choi Han-yeol, and charcoal smoke expert “Yakitori King” Kim Byeong-mook. Orchestrated by Honjo Executive Chef Kyle Lee and Han Dining Executive Chef Minseong Cho, the project bridges Seoul and Hong Kong by merging Korean fermentation flavors with Japanese refinement.
Phase One: Guest Chef Residency Dinner, 14 courses for only HK$ 518 per person!
To experience this feast up close, don’t miss the first phase from October 22 to 24, 2026. During the lunch hours on those dates, busy professionals can enjoy Han Dining’s regular lunch menu and add selected collaboration dishes for an early taste.

Throwing out the red tape of traditional fine dining, the dinner features a laid-back, generously portioned family-style sharing feast. With 14 courses across 5 chapters for just HK$ 518 per person, the value is off the charts.
