2026 Met Gala red carpet: BLACKPINK finally reunites, a roundup of the most stunning looks from Jennie, Lisa and more
Whose look was the most captivating this year?
The 2026 Met Gala has arrived at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York! This year’s theme is “Fashion is Art.” JENNIE made a stunning appearance in Chanel, while Kylie Jenner wore custom Schiaparelli, making them two of the most eye-catching stars on the red carpet.

This year’s lineup of co-chairs is impressive: alongside longtime fixture Anna Wintour, Nicole Kidman, Beyoncé, and Venus Williams are serving as co-chairs. Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez Bezos are the honorary chairs. Curated by Andrew Bolton, this year’s exhibition is titled “Costume Art,” and its fashion theme is “Fashion is Art.” The exhibition puts the dressed body in the spotlight, bringing paintings and sculptures into conversation with historic and contemporary garments from the Costume Institute.

The long-awaited BLACKPINK reunion is, of course, what everyone is most excited about on this red carpet. The four members each chose a gown that showed off a completely different style. JENNIE lived up to expectations in Chanel, perfectly capturing her distinctive charm. Jisoo wore a pink sequined Dior gown, striking just the right balance of elegance.
