This time, the star of the show may catch your eye too, as the classic Chuck 70 has traded its casual look for a pointed-toe boot.

Remember when Converse turned its All Star canvas sneaker into a square-toe style last year, catching plenty of eyes? This time, it has gone in a different direction with a sharp pointed toe. The once-flat shoe has also gained a heel. While this isn’t the first time Converse has released canvas shoes resembling heeled boots, the Chuck 70 De Luxe Pointed has a silhouette closer to a Western cowboy boot, giving it a cooler edge while retaining every signature detail people know from the canvas sneaker.
The Converse Chuck 70 De Luxe Pointed is currently available through several online retailers. The basic black and white colorways are priced at US$125, while official websites in different regions carry other color options. There are also several variations, including low-heeled mule slides, so those interested may want to keep an eye out for updates.
