JIL SANDER and Oliver Peoples have introduced their second collaborative sunglasses collection. Focusing on rounded, fluid silhouettes, the release features one titanium and two acetate frames. They are all entirely handcrafted in Japan to naturally flatter the face.

Trading sharp angles for fluid, rounded lines, the second sunglasses collaboration between JIL SANDER and Oliver Peoples has a frame shape that easily flatters the face. Led by creative director Simone Bellotti, the launch introduces three new designs.

Titanium can be soft, too: Edition 7

Titanium sunglasses usually give off a cold, technical feel, but Edition 7 gives the metal a sculptural look. A top bar runs above the lenses, flowing into gently curved temples that naturally flatter the side profile. Finished with vintage-style adjustable nose pads, they offer a close, comfortable fit. Alongside standard gold and silver frames, they come with indigo or G-15 green lenses, creating a lighter look than solid black sunglasses.

Subtle details hidden in thick frames: Edition 9 and 10

If you prefer frames with a bit of weight, the two acetate styles might leave you torn. Edition 9 slightly widens its thick front frame downward. It looks simple, but the angles refracting off the cuts actually give your features more definition.

Edition 10 hides a subtly upswept cat-eye curve within its geometric lines, looking slightly playful without being too loud. Both acetate sunglasses feature a vintage logo engraved on the inside of the right temple. The entire series is handcrafted in Japan and fitted with Italian glass lenses. Colors range from versatile charcoal gray and green to bright deep mahogany and vivid blue.
