#GlassesAreForbidden 引起熱議，為什麼日本職場禁止女生戴眼鏡上班？
日本網路上發起聲援，對於性別平權似乎還有很長一段路要走。
儘管現在身處在進步的 21 世紀，比起舊時代傳統思維與兩性不平等的觀念已經較為消退，給予女性的既定枷鎖與傳統規範或許不再有如老一輩生活的年代那時所面臨的重大壓迫，看似逐漸進步民主的現今社會，其實對於女性還是存有些微的舊思維，尤其對於亞洲社會更是如此，而近期在日本所下的這條禁令便引起廣大女性的不滿。

在風俗民情較為保守與傳統的日本社會，多年來男女之間存在不對等的權力關係，不論在工作職場抑或是家庭成員之間往往都是以男性主權為主，相較之下女性就處於較為弱勢的地位，隨著近幾年女權主義的意識逐漸提高，漸漸有女性願意勇敢的站出來為自己發聲，#Metoo 運動便是其中一項，而日本職場近期更傳出女性不得戴眼鏡上班，此禁令引起女性起身反抗，發起「#GlassesAreForbidden」運動。

日本平權運動在近幾年逐漸受到大眾重視，不過這個存在多年的男女不平等問題並非一招一日所能解決，尤其對於職場來說更是如此，潛規則與對於男性與女性差別待遇依舊存在現今社會，還記得不久前，由於職場規定女性一定要穿著高跟鞋上班，進而使得女生們發起了 #Kutoo 運動來反抗這個不成文的規定，而近期日本節目『スッキリ』探討女性上班戴眼鏡則會受到處分與開除的議題，多項產業表示女性若配戴眼鏡上班則會有不尊重、不美觀的形象產生，日本料理店認為眼鏡與和服不搭、航空公司認為會危害安全、化妝品產業表示這樣無法呈現完美的妝容給顧客，反觀男生若配戴則不會受到指責，為了配合男性的審美眼光而發佈這樣的規定令女生們感到相當不滿，也在網路上出現反抗聲浪，對此你們有什麼想法呢？
