看似兩條平行線，Skechers 卻因什麼原因向 Hermès 提告？

儘管球鞋市場很競爭，不過說起 Skechers 近幾年逐漸在運動市場中崛起，在求新求變的時尚產業中，以新穎的設計搭配上實用的性能與平價的售價為優勢，開出屬於自己的一條道路，近期慢慢累積屬於自己的客群，而近日卻因為相似的波鞋款式向法國奢侈品牌 Hermès 提起訴訟。

兩個看似不太有交集的品牌對簿公堂，而一切的原因都源自於波鞋鞋底的設計。近日，美國運動休閒品牌 Skechers 在曼哈頓聯邦法院起訴法國奢侈品牌 Hermès，Skechers 指控愛馬仕的 Eclair 和 Envol 兩款波鞋侵犯了 Skechers 多項專利，其中最為注目的就是 Go Walk 步行鞋中 Massage Fit 鞋底的專利權，要求 Hermès 立即停止銷售侵權產品並進行賠償，但並未敲定具體賠償金額。以下為 Skechers 新聞聲明稿：

While Skechers always prefers to compete in the marketplace rather than the court room, the company has no choice but to seek legal recourse when competitors blatantly tread on our rights.
