This celebration brings together more than 20 promising young brewery owners from 16 prefectures across Japan, inviting everyone to experience the appeal of Japanese sake, where tradition and innovation meet, amid the distinctive atmosphere of a century-old building.

More than 20 young Japanese brewery owners will be there in person
Buying sake is easy; the hard part is getting to chat face-to-face with the brewers. Sake Jump 2026 is expanding significantly this year, welcoming several much-talked-about breweries making their first appearance at the event. These include Niigata’s Tenryohai Sake Brewery, which has quickly risen in recent years on the strength of its popular label “Gagakuyo,” and the storied Sekiya Brewery, with more than a century of history. Both will bring signature offerings that blend classic and innovative styles.
Hachinohe Shuzo and Konohana no Brewery, which were well received last year, will also return. Guests can even sample authentic shochu from Kodama Jozo and Sanwa Shurui, offering a one-stop look at the diversity of Japanese alcohol.
Top Tokyo bartenders and a much-talked-about Okinawa bar make an early appearance
Beyond enjoying sake straight, the creative cocktails are another highlight. The event has invited back Tokyo bartenders Kazuna Murata and Yuichi Wakabayashi, who were recommended by 50 Best Discovery, alongside major names including Quarter Room owner Sorato Nomura. They will mix creative cocktails inspired by sake and shochu on the spot.
