A limited-edition lipstick inspired by a perfume: YSL Libre welcomes a new, free-spirited member with a chic, sweet berry-amber scent

Among YSL Beauty’s many tempting offerings, perhaps the Libre fragrance line is one you can’t stop thinking about. Following the popularity of last year’s white-bottled Nude Eau de Parfum, YSL Beauty is welcoming another new member to the Libre line: “Tender Raspberry Eau de Parfum,” its first fragrance with berry notes.

Echoing the berry notes of YSL Libre Tender Raspberry Eau de Parfum, the berry-red fragrance shines through the classic bottle. The gold Cassandre logo follows the bottle’s curves, while V-shaped glass lines create YSL’s signature deep-V silhouette. A sharply angled black cap completes the design, with a gold chain wrapped around the neck. Each facet reflects a subtle glow, making the fragrance more than just a perfume: it shines as brightly as a piece of haute couture jewelry.

This intriguing fragrance opens with raspberry, its top note, delivering a bright, crisp sweetness and tartness that mingle in the air. Fresh and clean yet full and soft, one spritz feels like stepping into a sunlit orchard. At its heart, a velvety coconut milk note gently envelops the scent, where bright fruit and smooth creaminess complement each other for an even silkier, warmer feel. The base settles into warm, comforting Bourbon vanilla and amber, with a delicate, captivating depth. It’s a sensory journey with distinct layers: bright without being overpowering, yet still refined, letting you drift freely between clarity and intoxication.

YSL Libre Tender Raspberry Eau de Parfum is fronted by global brand ambassador Dua Lipa, and YSL is also launching a limited-edition shade of its star product, Rouge Volupté Shine lipstick: #219 Tender Raspberry. Extending the fragrance’s berry-red, fruity spirit to the lips, it lets color and scent echo each other. Its clear, glossy finish is as bright and full as freshly squeezed fruit juice. Made with figs from the Ourika Gardens, six sensorial oils, and mango butter extract, the formula also combines YSL’s exclusive lip-care technology for intensive moisture-locking and repair. It provides long-lasting hydration and a delicate sheen, leaving lips with a rosy, soft glow and a fresh, full, dimensional look.

YSL Libre Tender Raspberry Eau de Parfum is available in 50 ml and 90 ml sizes. For the upcoming Mother’s Day season, YSL Beauty has also prepared a selection of gifts. Purchase the new fragrance or Rouge Volupté Shine lipstick in limited-edition shade #219 Tender Raspberry to receive gifts such as a scarlet makeup pouch, mini candle, mirror, 10 ml travel-size fragrance, YSL keychain, and more.

YSL is also collaborating with SUNG, a restaurant and bar brand under Sun Hon Group. Its Taipei and Taichung locations will offer cocktails and dishes inspired by YSL’s new releases, along with an offer to redeem a cocktail shot by filling out a form while dining.
