《Shallow》捲入抄襲疑雲！Lady Gaga 被要求索償過百萬美金，指責對方「行為可恥」！
對方從節奏及旋律部分指控《Shallow》副歌有抄襲的嫌疑，聽過兩首歌曲後，你又有甚麼想法？
自電影《A Star Is Born》上映後，主角 Lady Gaga 與 Bradley Cooper 的人氣急升，二人的演藝及歌唱實力都獲得公眾一致肯定與讚賞！電影中的重點歌曲《Shallow》不但深受觀眾喜愛，更取得今年奧斯卡最佳原創歌曲，不過近日一位音樂創作人則以盜用旋律為由，控告 Lady Gaga 抄襲其作品。
除了 Lady Gaga 的主力創作，樂團 Dirty Pretty Thing、作曲家 Mark Robson 等著名音樂人亦有參與製作《Shallow》一曲。歌曲成為全球大熱話題，MV 瀏覽量更高達 6.5 億！
然而，音樂創作人 Steve Ronsen 日前指控《Shallow》抄襲他在 2012 年創作的歌曲《Almost》，表示《Shallow》副歌盜用了《Almost》部分旋律，要求索償過百萬美金。Steve Ronsen 更找到專業音樂家協助，從節奏及旋律部分證明《Shallow》副歌確實有抄襲的嫌疑。
Mr. Ronsen and his lawyer are trying to make easy money off the back of a successful artist. It is shameful and wrong. I applaud Lady Gaga for having the courage and integrity to stand up on behalf of successful artists who find themselves on the receiving end of opportunistic claims such as this. Should Mr. Shirian proceed with this case, Lady Gaga will fight it vigorously and will prevail.
Lady Gaga 透過代表律師否認指控，更指責對方想從成名藝人謀取暴利，行為不正及可恥。若然對方堅持提告，Lady Gaga 揚言會奉陪到底，並獲得最後勝利。
