高手出自民間！米芝蓮新加坡「超值餐廳獎」－17 間獲選店鋪為小食檔！

米芝蓮除了有一到三星等的評價，亦非常照顧收入普通的小小市民；它們明白到，那些「星星餐廳」不是人人都負擔得起，於是就延伸了「超值餐廳獎」（Bib Gourmand）的餐廳評等。由於第一本的《米芝蓮新加坡指南》即將出版，官方今早率先公佈了當地 34 家獲得「超值餐廳獎」殊榮的餐館與小販，而當中小食檔更佔了17家！可見並不是只有瑰麗大堂、裝潢高雅的餐廳才可以找到美食！所謂「高手出自民間」，大家今後也不妨多多留意身邊的小店，找尋潛藏在身邊的隱世美食小店吧，保證絕對有驚喜！
