很多女生都喜歡在夏日的時候,到沙灘跟陽光玩遊戲,或是出海開派對,大展自己的身材優勢。可是,陽光作為玩伴,其實也有點難控制,因為一不小心,就會被強烈的紫外光傷害皮膚,輕則是曬黑膚色,嚴重的話,可以有機會令皮膚曬得紅腫,甚至脫皮!

當然,在玩戶外活動前先塗上防曬是一大常識,但很多人都忽略了防曬是需要定時定候補充的。假若真的曬傷了,除了敷蘆薈之外,還有什麼更方便的做法?

原來答案就在許多人都喜歡喝的伯爵茶!說到這款既可以飲用又可以用了做甜品的茶葉,除了內服,還可以有外敷的作用。有澳州的欖球隊隊員 Alexis Caught 曾經在 Instagram 上分享自己用伯爵茶浸浴缸,並說這是他祖母教他舒緩曬傷的秘方。

事實上,皮膚科專家 S. Manjula Jegasothy 也認同伯爵茶對治療曬傷皮膚的功效,因為茶葉中含有佛手柑油,是一種常見的天然曬傷調節劑。雖然還未有真正的醫學研究針對伯爵茶進行過,但 Jegasothy 認為,大約 20 至 30 個茶包,就可以有舒緩曬傷皮膚的作用,在夏天一試無妨吧!
